Shipping / Returns / Order Info

 Orders take 1-2 business days (M-F) to be processed and shipped. Once shipped, orders may take up to 10 business days with standard shipping methods. Orders placed on Fridays after 1:00 PM (PST) will be processed the following week. Expedited shipping methods do not include processing times.

At the moment we are unable to ship any CBD products (including Emerald CBD Glow Oil) to countries outside of the United States. If an order is placed with an item that cannot be shipped to a country, it will be automatically be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to forwarding company addresses at this time. If an order is placed with a forwarding shipping address, the order may be canceled automatically by our system.

We at Herbivore work hard to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in the process to be shipped. This, unfortunately, means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed.

 If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@herbivorebotanicals.com so we are able to assist you and resolve the issue.

We will happily replace any damaged items, however, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required. If an item is missing from your order, please provide a photo of everything you received, as well as the packaging.

We ask that you please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package if an item is missing from your order. With photographic proof, you do not need to go through the return process in order to receive a replacement or a refund. At this time, we are not able to refund items that arrive damaged.

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so some variation from batch to batch is normal (slight changes in color for example). This does not have an effect on the product’s efficacy and is safe to use for the duration of their 12-month shelf-life.

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. That said, any products purchased from emerald.herbivorebotanicals.com are not eligible for return - all CBD product sales are final at time of purchase.

 Codes are one-use only, and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount, and are not valid on previous purchases.

Discounts or gift cards (including store credit) from Herbivore.com, unless otherwise noted, are not valid to use on Emerald.Herbivore.com.

We offer secure online ordering and accept Visa and MasterCard.

Orders are subject to sales tax in the following states: Washington, Oregon, California, New York, Illinois, Connecticut, and Texas. These may change without notice depending on regulations. Taxes are calculated based on the physical presence Herbivore holds in these states.

All prices are in USD. Payment for international orders will be processed at the current exchange rate and will appear so on your bank statement.

At this time, we are unable to ship to Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Brazil, Czech Republic, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Sudan, Spain, Sri Lanka, Syria, and Turkey. Emerald +CBD Oil can only be shipped within the U.S.
