Shipping / Returns / Order Info

Items ordered and paid for will ship within 24-72 hours, unless otherwise noted in the description of the product. Orders placed through emerald.herbivorebotanicals.com will primarily be shipped using USPS. Once shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery for standard shipping. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped. Some items may ship in separate boxes, but will not require additional shipping charges. 

Once the package has left Herbivore and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors, or other unforeseen shipping courier related delays.

At the moment we are unable to ship any CBD products (including Emerald CBD Glow Oil) to countries outside of the United States. If an order is placed with an item that cannot be shipped to a country, it will be automatically be cancelled and refunded to the original form of payment.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to forwarding company addresses at this time. If an order is placed with a forwarding shipping address, the order may be cancelled automatically by our system.

We at Herbivore work hard to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed.

If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) PLEASE contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@herbivorebotanicals.com so we are able to assist you and resolve the issue. We will happily replace any damaged items, however a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required. If an item is missing from your order, please provide a photo of everything you received, as well as the packaging. We ask that you please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package if an item is missing from your order. With photographic proof, you do not need to go through the return process in order to receive a replacement or a refund. At this time, we are not able to refund items that arrive damaged.

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so some variation from batch to batch is normal (slight changes in color for example). This does not have an effect on the product’s efficacy and are safe to use for the duration of their 12 month shelf-life.

Our current office hours are 10am-6pm PST seven days a week, excluding major holidays.

 

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. We offer returns within 30 days of purchase back to your original form of payment. To return a product purchased from emerald.herbivorebotanicals.com, please follow the return process here. For purchases made through herbivorebotanicals.com, a pre-paid return label has been included in with your order. 

Once we receive the package and inspect the product(s), the total amount minus the original shipping cost and $5 for return shipping will be returned back to your original form of payment. The returned item must have at least 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify. If the product does not meet the return requirements, store credit will be issued instead. Once we receive the returned item(s) at our facility, please allow 10 business days for the return to be processed. 

If a purchase is made through an unauthorized Herbivore retailer, we are unable to assist with a return or exchange. If you are unsure as to whether or not the retailer is authorized, please reach out to us at info@herbivorebotanicals.com

Herbivore Botanicals is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Herbivore Botanicals. 

Please note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost for returns as it is directly paid to our providers. 

If you are wanting to return an Herbivore product that was given as a gift and you are unsure where the gifter made the purchase, please package the product(s) safely and ship them to the following address using the shipping method of your choice within 30 days of receiving the gift:

Please include a note in the package with your email address, otherwise the credit cannot be issued.

Once we receive the returned item(s) at our facility, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process the return in the form of store credit. We are unable to fully cover the cost of return shipping, but are able to add an additional $5 to help.

Please obtain record of sending the return. The returned item must have at least 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify. Please have the return posted within 10 days of reaching out, otherwise we will not be able to process the return.

We offer secure online ordering and accept Visa and MasterCard.

Orders are subject to sales tax in the following states: Washington, Oregon, California, New York, Illinois, Connecticut, and Texas. These may change without notice depending on regulations.

All prices are in USD. Payment for international orders will be processed at the current exchange rate and will appear so on your bank statement.

At this time, we are unable to ship to Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Brazil, Czech Republic, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Sudan, Spain, Sri Lanka, Syria, and Turkey.
